OF PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
Following on from the merger of five of Australias
leading spring manufacturing companies in the late
80's and early 90's, we consolidated a significantly
diverse range of plant and equipment at our new 5
acre industrial site at Campbellfield, Victoria and
smaller sites in New South Wales and Queensland.

ON-SITE RAW MATERIALS
We have a comprehensive on-site raw materials store
which enables us to supply urgent special project
assignments as well as our regular customers from
stock. We also supply other local steel fabricators
with spring type material.
CONTINUOUS TRAINING AND SKILLS ENHANCEMENT
Since the inception of the company we have placed
special emphasis on recruitment and training. Today,
our TQM programs ensure that we offer clients innovative
ideas combined with the highest quality workmanship.
Many of our people are long-time employees involved
in skills enhancement programs.

Our Quality Assurance Manager is focused on ensuring
our strict quality criteria matches or exceeds the
demands of our international quality testing bodies.

KANBAN MANUFACTURE SCHEDULING
We understand that to be viewed continuously as our
customer's best supplier, reliability is critical.
Where required we manufacture and deliver to a Kanban
system.
Utilising the latest computer controlled wire bending
technology our CNC machines provide the ultimate manufacturing
flexibility, eliminating many of the traditional complex
tools and their associated costs.
ON LINE INSPECTION
All products are visually and mechanically inspected
at various stages of on-line production to ensure
quality standards are met and there is full compliance
with customer specifications.
SUPPLY FROM STOCK
The sheer size of our manufacturing enterprise allows
us to supply many lines straight from stock.
KANBAN MANUFACTURE SCHEDULING

system.
EXPORT REPLACEMENT
Over 10% of our sales consists of product that has
come from export replacement
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
We will package and ship products to suit customer's
